You will need:

  • 60ml Olmeca Altos Blanco Tequila
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 30ml Cream of Coconut (not coconut cream)
  • Sweetened shredded coconut for the rim 

To make:

  1. Toast the coconut - remove from heat & place it in a single layer on a small plate
  2. Dip the edge of the glass into cream of coconut, then into the toasted coconut
  3. In a shaker filled with ice, place the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice & cream of coconut. Shake until cold.
  4. Strain into the glass with the coconut rim
