Wither Hills Pinot Gris pairs perfectly with light meals, Asian inspired dishes and soft cheese and it’s especially good with pizza to share!

You will need: 

  • 4 x wild turkey sausages, cooked, sliced thinly
  • 2 oval pizza bases
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • 2 cup grated mozzarella
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp toasted pine nuts
  • 1 cup rocket leaves

To make:

  1. Preheat an oven to 180C.
  2. Spread the pesto over the pizza bases. Sprinkle with cheese and dot over the cherry tomatoes. Add the sliced sausages.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Serve with fresh rocket leaves and sprinkle over the pine nuts.
