Tamnavulin Sherry Cask Edition is a rich and indulgent single malt that showcases the distillery's signature smoothness with an added layer of depth. Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks to develop a soft, mellow character, it is then finished in hand-selected sherry casks from esteemed cooperages in southern Spain. The result is a whisky with a warm amber gold hue and a rich flavour profile. On the nose, expect notes of vanilla, caramel, banana, and a touch of sweet milk chocolate with fresh ginger. The palate unfolds in layers of maple syrup, raisin, and orange, rounded out with hints of apricot and melon.

Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey is a distinctive blend of hand-selected grain and malt whiskeys, initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels before spending up to 12 months in Central American rum casks. This unique finishing process brings layers of dried fruit, rum raisin, vanilla, and warm allspice to its naturally rich character. Non chill filtered it delivers a smooth, creamy palate balanced by apricot, gentle spice, and lingering oak for a long, warming finish.

Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours - nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry.

Aged in traditional oak casks and finished in Caribbean rum casks which result in a well-rounded whisky with notes of toffee, fruit and vanilla.

To create The Balvenie PortWood 21 year old single malt whisky, a marriage of rare Balvenie is transferred to port casks, or pipes, which have held fine port wines. Here it is sampled regularly by The Balvenie Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE to ensure that just the right amount of character is imparted by the port casks, enhancing and developing the single malt whilst preserving its original characteristics.

Aged for seven years in a marriage of specially selected ex-Oloroso Sherry butts and ex-Bourbon barrels, Full Flight is decadently rich and delivered at natural cask strength. Under the watchful eye of The Dalmore's Master Distiller, this Highland single malt begins its maturation in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, developing the distillery's signature notes of chocolate, orange and spice. It is then finished in casks that held a bespoke Sherry blend of aged Oloroso and rich Pedro Ximénez, crafted specifically to complement the house style. The result is a richly layered whisky, bursting with sweet fruit and decadent spice.

The Dalmore 12 is a Highland Single Malt shaped by careful maturation in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, followed by a finish in rare, aged Oloroso Sherry casks. It opens with notes of citrus fruit, chocolate and aromatic spice, leading into a rich palate of Seville oranges, dried fruits and vanilla. The finish brings roasted coffee and dark chocolate, leaving a warm, lingering impression.
