Ti Kouka Forest Gin features Ti Kouka bark, Kawakawa, Horopito, Tarata, Harakeke, and Manuka - all of which are grown onsite at Sandymount Distillery. Ti Kouka opens with a sweet, mossy aroma. On the palate, it delivers a gentle peppery heat from the horopito, layered with earthy and smoky undertones. A sweet, herbal finish follows, featuring notes of aniseed and classic juniper. The overall texture is exceptionally smooth and well-rounded.
