Named after the historic Cellar 23 at Penfolds' Magill Estate, where Pinot Noir barriques are matured, Bin 23 continues the winery's long-standing pursuit of cool-climate Pinot Noir. Crafted from premium Tasmanian fruit, the 2024 vintage highlights the purity and finesse of one of Australia's most celebrated Pinot Noir regions. Raspberry red in the glass, it opens with aromas of fresh raspberry, dark berries and plum, layered with earthy notes, a hint of briny caperberry and subtle savoury complexity. The palate is beautifully balanced, combining juicy berry and stone fruit flavours with fine graphite-like structure, crisp acidity and silky tannins that carry the wine to a long, elegant finish. Since its debut in 1959, Penfolds Bin 28 has been a hallmark of warm-climate Australian Shiraz, renowned for its richness and generosity. Originally sourced from the famed Kalimna Vineyard in the Barossa Valley, it has evolved into a multi-region blend, with Barossa fruit continuing to shape its unmistakable style. The 2023 vintage delivers layers of blueberry, elderberry and poached plum, wrapped in notes of cinnamon, baking spices and a hint of blueberry pie. Savoury touches of roasted meat and olive tapenade add depth, while fine chocolate-like tannins and subtle minerality bring structure and length. Rich, generous and beautifully balanced, it's a classic Bin 28 that drinks superbly now or will reward careful cellaring through to 2043.

The Cabernet Sauvignon grape varietal is widely planted across South Australia's premium wine regions, particularly in the Limestone Coast where grapes with tremendous structure and beautiful aromatics are found. Well-regarded since its launch in 2002, the Koonunga Hill Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the merits of multi-regional blending to Penfolds 'House Style'. A bold, full bodied wine displaying lovely aromatics, excellent structure, and great length.

Since its inception, Penfolds Koonunga Hill has always aimed to deliver quality, value and consistency. The original 1976 Koonunga Hill Claret is a legendary wine that is still drinking well today. Koonunga Hill Shiraz joined the range in 2002, a contemporary reflection of Penfolds multi-regional sourcing philosophy. Shiraz from the warmer districts of South Australia is carefully blended, with the Barossa Valley always well represented. Ripe plum, blueberry & sweet spice - undeniably South Australian Shiraz. The palate shows flint, liquorice, smoked meat & paprika. Integrated tannins remind us of the wine's place in the Penfolds family.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon parcels sourced from vineyards throughout the Barossa. The fruit is fermented for up to 14 days, then aged for 12 months in a mix of French and American oak. Individual parcels of fruit are matured separately to maximise the blend's complexity and finalised through a selection process. The resulting wine is rich and concentrated with aromas of ripe dark berry fruits, blackcurrants and plums with mint and varietal leafy notes. The palate is plush with flavours balanced by fine, textural tannins.

A tribute to the Barossa's winemaking heritage, Pepperjack is crafted using a blend of traditional techniques and modern flair. Winemaker Richard Mattner - a born-and-bred Barossa local - loves making Pepperjack wines as much as he loves drinking them, especially alongside a great steak. As he says: "Why would I need anything else?" Deep dark red with a vibrant purple rim, the nose bursts with rich aromas of blackberry, blueberry, dark chocolate, mocha, and spice. The palate is plush and layered, delivering concentrated dark fruits, fine tannins, and a soft, lingering finish. Pepperjack Shiraz is a true Barossa classic.

Land that was once a high country sheep station is now a flourishing vineyard. Sheep and rabbits co-existed on the land for quite some time but the sheep couldn't keep up with the nocturnal activity of the rabbits, and in the end were driven off the land. Rabbits now run free on the vineyard and fuelled by high altitude Pinot Noir, some are reputed to be the size of ponies, but that's another story... The Rabbit Ranch Pinot Noir is made in a very soft, fruit forward, low tannin style - a wine to be savoured and supped, rather than an assault on the senses.
