You will need:

  • 25gm mini cocolate eggs
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 25ml crème de cacao
  • 25ml Irish cream
  • 50ml Vodka 
  • Ice 

To make:

  1. Crush the chocolate mini eggs in a pestle & mortar then tip onto a small plate
  2. Brush the rim of a martini glass with a little of the honey then dip into the crushed eggs
  3. Chill the glass in the fridge until required
  4. Pour the crème de cacao, Irish cream and vodka into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold. 
  5. Strain into your prepared glass & serve.
